The Comprehensive Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery (CSTAR) program is a multi-level, individualized treatment program for drug and alcohol and co-occurring mental health disorders. CSTAR embodies current therapeutic applications of treatment, specific to individual patterns of drug and alcohol/co-occurring disorders. It is designed for the Medicaid eligible and offers three levels of treatment:

Level I Crisis Stabilization (with/without supportive housing)

Level II Community Based Outpatient Rehabilitation

Level III Supported Recovery
